2024-2025學年中文學校學生註冊:

時間: 2024年4月14日或4月21日 下午1:30-2:30 (1:30 pm-2:30 pm on April 14th or 21st, 2024)

地點: 亞特蘭大華人教會交誼廳 (ACCC cafeteria Hall)

表格領取方式：網址accc.org/ministries/children/chineseschool/

附件一: 2024-2025中文學校註冊單(共二頁)-所有學生家長都需要打印出來並簽字, 註冊當天請務必帶到報名地點, 只有學費和登記表都收到你的報名才算成功。

All students and their parents need to complete, sign, and bring to registration location with tuition fee.

附件二: 家長須知 (共二頁)-只有2024年-2025年新入學的新生家長簽字，打印出來-簽好字-到報名地點註冊

要求(一定要讀):

所有學生都必須打印附件一, 附件二, 附件三, 閱讀後簽字。請學生家長將附件上的所有信息都填好, 不要留空白,如果沒有, 寫上 N/A。不管學生是否來自同一家庭, 每個學生都需要填寫一份報名表, 電子郵件非常重要, 從今以後中文學校所有的通知都要通過郵件發送出去, 要求家長每週都要檢查電子郵件。

2024-2025拼音班學生除要提交附件一, 附件二, 附件三共五頁外, 還要提供學生出生證明的覆印件, 所有的表格和註冊費在註冊當日都收到, 說明你的2024-2025學年註冊成功！(*請在支票或者信封上註明學生的班名和學生姓名, 便於財務統計。現金, 支票或者Money order, 交到：ACCC Chinese School) 

Requirements (Need to Read):

All students and their parents need to complete attachment 1, attachment 2, attachment 3. Please do not leave any blank, if it is not applicable, please fill N/A. Each student needs one completed registration form, regardless they have siblings or other family members enrolled. Email address is very important. Chinese School will now send out all notices by email in the future; all parents should check email weekly.

For 2024-2025 new Pinyin students besides attachment 1, attachment 2, attachment 3,  a copy of birth certificate is also needed. Please print out attachment and read, sign and bring completed form to registration location on that day.

You will be successfully registered for the 2024-2025 school year until we received your registration fee and all forms before or on the registration date (please write student name and class name on the check.  Check, Cash, or Money order are allowed to pay to ACCC Chinese School).
